- Our purpose is Gestalt OD.
- Gestalt OD is a theory, methodology and practice in its own right. (It is not an add-on. It is not an alternative to Gestalt therapy.)
Members
- This would be open to all with a Gestalt background or interest who work in or with organisations as practitioners of some sort:
consultants (both internal and external), managers, leaders, staff members, academics, researchers, authors, and others.
- It would be a member « owned » and member-driven network for the support and development of its members, as well as the development of our theory, methodology and practice.
